Two artists that met in retail 7 years ago recently joined creative forces, and it happened very quickly- similar to a star collision.Back then, Cass of cassXcreations was not yet an artist, and had only delved into creativity during summer of 2017; she had started with polymer clay, then transitioned to acrylic and watercolor paints.
Cass then started experimenting with pen and ink and combining it into some of her paintings. As of this year, watercolor markers and jewelry are upcoming endeavors that she is excited to get into.
When Cass and Kayla met in 2013, Kayla was avidly painting in between her work shifts but didn’t fully grasp her creative abilities until late 2019. Only sticking with acrylic paint previously, Kayla of Coloremotive has since then experimented with adding miscellaneous crafting supplies and texturizing mediums for a personalized multimedia finish to each piece. She has also explored with her painting skills between human portraits, animals, abstract, and now astrological themes. As she dives into Astrology and Astronomy, Kayla is slowly adding demonology studies into her hobbies so she can incorporate creatures into her works.
The collaboration between Cass and Kayla illustrates a heavy influence in astronomy, astrology, and demonology themes, thus creating the StarrstruCK Labs brand.
StarrstruCK Labs currently focuses on paintings, but is slowly integrating other mediums such as housewares, small furniture, small accessories and figurines. 3D printing and other means will be introduced into the brand as well.

Although the team is small, StarrstruCK Labs is collaborating with Tyler Meek of Critzz76, Dustin Wlazlo of Craftie Crohnie, Anna Magel of Spacegirl, Luz Patterson of Fierce Face by Luz and possibly one or two other creative influencers for a well rounded shop atmosphere.
